To provide service to the customer in informing banking products and administration process of account/non-cash transaction of customer with the purpose to provide service to the customer according to applicable service standard
JOB ACCOUNTABILITY :
To provide information concerning types and advantages of bank’s products according to customer’s needs.
Responsible for opening account without financial transaction including to follow up pending documents, updating customers database, follow up expired documents periodcally based on internal policy and record it into phone log book register.
Apply KYC dan AML regulation for every all account opening, comply with all account opening system, internal procedure and BI regulation
To handle complaint submitted by the customer, maintain speed and accuracy in serving customer and keep service excellent quality
To receive standing instruciton, bills payment application,automatic fund transfer, sweep up to account feasibility verification as transaction funding source.
To receive balance inquiry, activation of dormant account and ATM registration
To prepare and submit the updating database from AML Dept before deadline to Head Customer service/ Manager operation.
Candidate mus possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, any field
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Fluent in English, Mandarin would be an advantage.
